The hotel room is great , spacious too.
However the front desk staff, restaurant, and housekeeping staff are not in line with the prices of this hotel.
The front desk often answer the phone .
The housekeeping does not replace cups , towels etc . Nespresso coffee pods cost 18 Sar .
The breakfast and coffee leaves a lot to be desired.
The ladies pool on the 27th floor has a beautiful view of the city , but unfortunately unless you bring your wet suit forget about swimming as the pool is chilled , even in cooler months .

First time staying at this Hotel and I must admit, I was extremely delighted to have made this choice. The premises are extremely clean , fantastic view from the 9th floor, and the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to Ms Asia at the reception for her outstanding support and professionalism. Thank you Ascott Rafal staff and team!

Very bad internet and slow service! Every time I request something from the reception it takes 30 minutes to an hour to be done even if it’s a simple thing like ordering a second towel. Also, the valet parking stuff seemed not really interested in doing their job since they always try to tell me to go park the car my self instead of paying 100 for the valet while it’s actually free for residence in the Hotel!

Nice and new hotel, warm welcoming receptionist, The room has everything you just need, even the coffee machine and the bed is super comfy! In the nearby locations a lot of trendy restaurants and coffees. There is 2 swimming pool, the ladies pool is on the rooftop of the hotel wonderful view nice for relax and swim. Is perfect place for a relaxing weekend in the town ?

Im extremely disappointed by my experience at this hotel.
1- room service were rude when we asked for 4 robes, as we were 4 individuals staying in the room. When i contacted the reception they informed me that there weren't 4 robes available in the hotel which was shocking, after many complains they finally brought them.
2- the main reason we stayed in that hotel was the female pool. There weren't any staff or cleaners in there. There was trash all around and dirty towels on the floor and only a few sun loungers. No life guard. 100% not worth anyones money. Also spoke to the reception and their excuse was they didn't have female cleaners.
3- the room was fine we stayed in the two bedroom executive suite, fairly clean and spacious.
Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
