A beautiful hotel with several dining options. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to serve us. The suite was very spacious and had all the necessities. The location is good and the street has many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend it.

Nice architecture and cafes but service needs major improvement, beds are very uncomfortable and finishing inside rooms and bathrooms is very commercial. There is also the issue with the tram noise. Make sure you book rooms overlooking the interior promenade!
