Rooms are 6/10 and service could be better. Location is simply great. Less them 2 mins walk to haram.
Some good fast food option are available on the street level immediately out side the hotel.
There is a money exchange right next to the hotel, which is great and very convenient.
Staff are friendly but a little slow.

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from Haram. The room is spacious. However, the cleanliness was not as expected, especially the bathroom - given the high price. The bathroom ceiling and the toilet needed repairing. And, the most annoying thing is that you cannot open the windows. We just came out of a pandemic and no one allowed to open the windows to circulate the air. My whole family got sick because of this issue.

Check in is slow, staff at check in cstone faced emotionless.
House keeping staff helpful.
Rooms are small difficult to reach wardrobe and move around the room.
