Don't compare 5-star hotel in Ur country with this one
As in Indonesia, it's just like 2-star hotel. The best part of this hotel is very near with Nabawi, and direct to women area.
Foods are normal, I don't really eater so not impressive
Service routine is "not enough" if I cannot say bad for 5-star..

The hotel is okay. The room size is a bit too small for two people. The breakfast menu is good, but don't expect fruit variety. Overall service can be improved. The good thing about it is its location. Situated very near one of the women's gates.

We have an excellent stay here. The staff was very good. The hotel is near to the gate 329. This guys was very helpful and friendly. They provided us a very good service and enough amenities for us. They will be Joy, Jakir, Johir and also the supervisor Tamir. They was very friendly and always helping us since first day we’re staying here. When they see us around, they will great us for sure. I will give them 10/10 for their friendliness and like landing hands and make sure our stay excellent here. They always ask us about our stayed here. The work hard on achieving guest satisfaction stayed here. They are good worker. Thank you so much for them because makes us feel pleasant stay in here. Have a great day everyone in this hotel. All the staff very helpful and good.

A good hotel, but not 5 stars.
Over priced than it shoul be.
Good location.
Spacious clean rooms.
Nice facilities.
Huge building needs more signs.
Recommended in low season.

Good one close to Haram, parking available with additional price.
Rooms are not too big as it should be for 4 or 5 star
