位置和历史
Jannat al Baqi，也称为Baqi al Gharqad，位于Masjid al Nabwi 东南部，位于沙特阿拉伯Hejazi 地区麦地那的先知清真寺。之所以如此命名，是因为在该地区生长的主要树种是 al Gharqad，通常被称为阿拉伯箱棘或沙漠刺。这座墓地是麦地那市最古老也是第一座伊斯兰墓地。

建筑学

+There are no decorations on the graves, luxury features, or anything contrary to the Sunnah or Islam.??
+There are no names on the graves, and this contributes a little to the non-sanctification of graves.??
+The tomb of our master Othman bin Affan and Ibrahim, son of the Prophet Muhammad, is known. It is nice that they and others are preserved and known for about 1000 years.??
+There are security men to regulate entry and exit, and to prevent anyone from performing improper acts of reverence.??
-It would be better if there were small identification boards at the graves of the well-known, with names mentioned.??

Very historic place. It is the oldest and the first Islamic cemetery of Medina in the Hejazi region of present-day Saudi Arabia.

0 star for management/security staff. They are biased toward public.. Only certain race of people are given access and priority.
May allah open their eyes and grant them hidayah.

It usually opens after every prayer but best time to visit is after Fajr and Asr becuase it's open to public for a longer time after Fajr and Asr Salaat.
