Thank you for a wonderful experience at your hotel.
The check-in was great and the staff has exceptional customer service skills which is truly appreciated.
The room has the most comfortable bed which allowed me to have a great rest.
There is only one suggestion I have which is regarding the time it takes to get a porter. It took about 30mins for a porter to come take my luggage on check out. I was fortunately early for my flight, but others could be seriously impacted if there check out is delayed due to unavailability of a porter.
Thanks again and will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina during the holy month of Ramadan. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few steps away from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was very convenient for all our needs. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madina.

I stayed with my mother here at this hotel during Ramadan. In general it was a good stay, but I don't think I would stay there again.
Pros:
The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The in-room-dining food was delicious and the portions were generous. The location was very close to the prophet's mosque.
Many lifts, the waiting time was very short.
Cons:
The Panorama room was not impressive. You had to sit in a specific small corner in the room to see the prophet's mosque which was disappointing for us.
The room service was always late when we needed something and could get in touch with them only after a few calls to the reception.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.satyed with family and two young grandsons in January 24 The rooms were spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities one would need were provided. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient. It was located just a short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque.
The staff at the hotel provided superb service. Everyone was friendly, polite, and eager to assist guests in any way needed.
Overall, this was an excellent choice of hotel. Both the accommodations and staff left us feeling well cared for during our stay. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to friends and family

Our wonderful experince began with the staff at the front desk who were pleasant, professional and attentive. The safety features of the access to elevators, the quietness and welcoming nature of of the entry hallway. The room overlooking a central open space in contrast to narrow hallways in other hotels gave the place a pleasant atmosphere. Finally the rooms were very elegant and spacious and most importantly very environmentally conscious.
