Good quality price. In front of haram. Rooms very small. Staff are overwhelmed. Not a real.5 stars hotel in Europe standards

I cannot speak for the future but so far of being here i have to say it is very nice. They have a good variety of choices for room sizes and the place comes very clean. The food was great too! They always have a vast variety of choices and it’s so good. (It’s not even plain, it got them spices!) But the room I was at, the carpets need to be deep cleaned. The bottoms of my socks were dirty..

Great location. Just apposite to Madina prophet’s mosque. Very clean hotel with a good restaurant. Staff is very cooperative. Best hotel to stay when u go for ziarah of prophet’s mosque. Price is also very reasonable when compared to similar hotels.

rooms are very small and it took long time to get room service. We stayed 4 nights and the whole time room was not cleaned. The main advantage of staying is that it’s closer to Masjid An Nabawi. We mainly used the room to sleep.it’s good good

Horrible Experience. Receptionist is not responsive, when asked WiFi is not working, they are asking to come down at reception to get it resolved. When said it's working on ground floor but not in room, they said call tomorrow at reception. We can't help. That's all I got by paying SAR 550 per night for quad room. Those who are travelling with family and children, never book this Hotel. You can get better hotels near by at lower Price.
