Fantastic hotel, walking distance from the bus stop and only 1 minute walk to the Prophets Mosque. The staff gave a warm welcome, with a great view too and decor. Would love to visit this place again

I had very bad WiFi In my room and I had to mostly use my data for the whole trip. The bathroom and the cleaning was good. The beds were okay but could've been more comfortable. The buffet was very average and the food was bland. If you need somewhere to just stay but you'll be out of the hotel for most of the time this is the hotel to pick.

Currently staying at this hotel... the room is spacious and the location is good. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom isn't as great. The bath is old rusty mouldy... I've asked for a walk in shower but apparently it's all fully booked and said call tomorrow morning so let's see. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness there's marks on the bedsheets, dusts on lamps and the bath is outdated and not clean at all. Will post pictures. I would give this hotel 2 star very disappointed.

This hotel has an excellent location only five minutes walk. Initially we were given a room on the 10th floor which had an awful bathroom. Paint on bath tub was peeling and sink wasn’t clean. We phoned and asked for the room to be changed and they gave us an executive king. The actual room was really nice. But again the bathroom wasn’t clean (mould around the rim of the sink). This place is tired and run down and the bathrooms require a major upgrade. The cleaning staff also need clean much better!!! They didn’t come to change our towels or give us toilet paper or change our bins. Although I must say all the staff are very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again as the bathroom are simply not up to m basic standards.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Upon checking in, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The air duct was very dirty and very inconvenient with my allergies. The carpet was dusty. The room cleaning was not done properly. The breakfast was not good. This is a 4 star hotel and it was the most expensive one out of the 3 that I've booked during my stay for umrah. The others were 5 stars and we're much cheaper and very much enjoyable to stay in.
