Overall im satisfied. However the room is a bit packed for 4 pax and the dining area can add another one or 2 floor to cater all guests.

Very good hotel, tasty breakfast everything us perfect just need to increase lighting in rooms. Location is perfect and hardly 5 min to Haram gate

Great option to stay at. Hotel was clean and hygienic. The best part is the close proximity to Masjid Nabwi. Especially for women it is more convenient as the gate for women’s section is super close. Breakfast was part of the package and it was a normal breakfast. Shops are close by as well if you want to grab food and do shopping.

Location was good. Breakfast was rubbish and no space. Rooms were tiny and staff werent as nice. The only positive was the location. If i ever go madinah again i wouldnt book this hotel. You ask for English tea bags they look at u like your wierd. Staff dont go above and beyond. I hated the hotel and wanted to leave. Lift is ridiculous u be stood for ages.
