Rua Al Hijrah Hotel

I gave it a 5 star because it's internet was good for a hotel internet and the location was very good only a 5 min walk and also the shower was controlled by a touch screen you could control the by the 1 degree but the bed was a bit way too rough and the service were very friendly but we had a problem with the phone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rua Al Hijrah in Medina. The experience was truly commendable. First and foremost, the ambiance of the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and warmth that set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploration. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the standout aspects of my experience was the dining options. The prices for food were reasonable, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. However, I must mention a minor issue I encountered during checkout. Despite requesting an extension for two rooms, which was initially promised, there was some confusion on the day of departure. The staff seemed unprepared for our request, and we were met with some resistance when trying to finalize our arrangements. Nevertheless, this small hiccup did not overshadow an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Rua Al Hijrah was highly enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Medina.

Post checkin we didn’t like the room since it was too small compared to what the reservation agent stated. For room cleaning and services u have to say a lot after saying 8 times they will do the service. The food is cold in the buffet. Housekeeping doesn’t even have towels for cleaning several times, they lack basic amenities for room cleaning. Some staff is extremely disrespectful. The only good thing is it’s located very near the haram. We’ve paid a very high amount and the amount and service is unmatchable i would not prefer booking this hotel again. The reservation agents don’t catch on the needs of guests, there’s misinterpretation.

Nice choice for booking when come to almadinah , the reception was kindly and fast in chic-kin especially the employee ibrahim jablawi and the restaurant (alkima alhejazi) the selection at suhoor and breakfast was excellent and varied I would like to thank Chef (Fatima)

Convenient location near Door 367 of Haram Nabawi. Spacious rooms, varied dinner buffet. Reception staff could be warmer. Overall, a decent choice for Madinah visitors.
