The worst hotel just because the city is holy hence why I bit my tongue didn’t say or do anything about it but I would like a refund or this is a scam -no wifi -room service none existent -no hot water -no ac - dirty

room was very clean and hotel is 2 mins from the Masjid. very accommodating and comfortable place to stay. neighborhood is clean as well. Quadruple bed options available

In this Hotel nothing works, small room without bed table, bathroom, very bad shower, not working properly, neither the sink nor the shower, nor the Butter nor the air conditioning, the old refrigerator, the only good thing about this Hotel, which is in three minutes from the mosque I do not recommend to anyone

Hotel location is very good. It is less than 5 minutes walking to Haram. It is at southern district close to Baqie Rawda entrance. Apart from that the hotel has the following disadvantages: - Poor housekeeping. Corridors are not clean & full of food resultants. Room is not being cleaned on a daily basis. One live cockroach in addition to others dead are noticed in the room. We found some open food remains left in the fridge. - Telephon is not working. If you have any trouble, you need to go down stairs & talk to the guy in the reception. - There was no electric kettle (water boiler) in the room although it is mentioned at booking site that room facilities is equiped with kettle. I asked for one but they did not bring despite they said they will provide. - You can smell food odor in the reception which is not nice.
