Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel

I book this Hotel for 4 nights they respects only arabs i request to hair dryer for two days they is no hair dryer they have they said if any body checkout they will provide me since two day they will not provide and no body come for room service every day by the time.. i was booked about this is 5 star hotel and they are provide5 star service. i don’t think so it’s happened other with our hair dryer my wife suffering for fever 1 day and i won’t recommend such hotel like this type of behavior and services. if your bachelors may be you can adjust please don’t come with family you will suffering but they bus service is very good l.. every time no delay but hotel stay 1 out of 5 may be they give respect only arabs i hope so.. you may see all good reviews from arabs user only.. i don’t think so they need another customer….

Hotel was very good but the services are not good very bad breakfast no variety and also tasteless they really need to work on their breakfast taste ! And room cleaning services also took so long to come and clean. Let’s hope in future they will maintain their standards.

One of best options for Hotels in Makkah. The shuttle service is very good, you need to be at every hour start to avoid waiting. However, once you come back it's recommended to take other drop facility.

It was a good experience in the budget of SAR 326 for a triple with breakfast. Saudi Receptionist was well trained and cooperative. Breakfast was good enough and heating serving dishes and thermos of tea at your table was a plus. Suggest to have at least 2 busses for shuttle to Haram as it is 15 min drive for a bus and in rush times it is not adequate. Only drawback I faced was unavailability of local food in walking distance. Although cafes and dunking donut was there.

Wonderful experience. Its a very nice hotel, room were comfy, neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. The kahwa (arabic coffee) guy kept serving the drink whole day, it was good too. Would like to visit again.
