Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel

Abdullah Sarhan and Sara are amazing hosts and provided us with a 5 ⭐️ stay at this hotel. Highly recommended and would come back to this hotel whenever I visit.

Stayed there with family 8th Aug - 12th Aug, 2023. Room 1043 and 3066. Value to money. Rooms were nicely decorated. Interior design ?. Cleanness ?, services ?, had their 4 breakfast while stay, they had wide variety in breakfast, and quality of food were fine as well. Couldn't find anything about I could uave have complained.. We enjoyed our stay, had loveable memories.. Alhumdulliah..

The location of the hotel in a very lovely luxurious area with costa and Starbucks very near Supermarket few steps away from the hotel Amazing mosque on the doorstep Shuttle bus to al haram all the time cleaning inside is acceptable Welcoming staff The hotel clean and cozy but the toilets are small and grade as three stars toilets If you compare with Dubai 5 stars hotel it will be less than your expectations but if you compare with Europe hotels it will be really one of 5 stars hotel Everything as expectation but open buffet limited food variety and quality but comparing with price it’s a good one Adel the guy in the restaurant very lovely and welcoming Thank you for this experience

Good hotel to stay, buffet spread arabic cuisine and tasty, staff hepful. Location wise, a bit far from Masjidil Haram, the rest near masjid aishah and market, Starbuck etc. A bit sad, no laundry services in hotel. Also found out no chili sauce, fried/soup noodles here.

The hotel is okay generally .. but I dont recommend at all.. first time and last time staying here: 1-they claim shuttle bus service is at the beginning of every hour but that is not true!! I waited and it didnt come I had to take a taxi because I really needed to go to haram 2- the receptionists and room service are extremely annoying... they call you to empty the room starting 11 am .. they are very annoying and keep calling you and insist that you empty the room before 12 or you will pay extra fees.. I was extremely tired and could not left my head the first day and had to extend so they kept calling me until it was 2 pm to confirm the payment and then sent their room serivce several times : one was to get a payment, then to bring water, then to bring coffee and tea bags, then another bringing water, then another was knocking the door to confirm that I did pay to extend!!! I literally had a migraine because of them keep interrupting my sleep, I was sick of them and the next day they repeated the same drama to make sure I leave the room at 12pm Honestly, this is the first hotel to be treated this way, never ever in the history of my travels that a hotel called or knocked my door this much.. it felt like black mailing guests !!
