One of the best hotel to stay. My 1 night stay over there was A+. All of the employees work in this hotel are very polite and cooperative. The buffet breakfast was super perfect. The location and view of this hotel is amazing too.

I'm going to review Noora Kabeer right now. She’s working in lotus restaurant.She is such a sweet, considerate worker and she understands of our exact needs at that precise moment. She is one of your restaurant's gems. I rate her five stars.

I had recently visited this hotel for my Hajj duty,The breakfasts, lunch and dinner were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for those visiting Makkah for Hajj and Umra. Special thanks to Noora and Aqsa for their hospitality at dinning table. Will be Back soon !!

The hotel is a very good choice and value for money. With a shuttle to haram available almost all the time, it is as good as living in clock tower 5 star hotel. Reception, room service, bellboy breakfast at Lotus restaurant, everything is awesome.

One of the best services I ever seen in a hotel , the restaurant lady's are the best and they are professional and very helpful and supportive, especially Arwa, Nora and Monirah she was helpful and quick in orders .
