Great suites, great location - restaurants, Rail station, King Abdullah Park, Faisaliyah centre, Kingdom Centre are not far away.

Bath showers were not working, there was no hot water in water taps. The breakfast buffet was hopeless and there was no variety, everything was ready-made, directly purchased from the market. The chef did not know how to make Cheese Omelette. No microwave in rooms, not a good selection of tea milk. Initially we booked a room with breakfast for 2 persons, but at the breakfast counter they argued that free breakfast is only for one person and forced us to pay for another person. Their housekeeping staff room was next to my room, and they talked so loudly that I kept hearing their chats crossing my walls throughout the day.

Spent two nights at the hotel Grand Plaza Dhabab, very kind and professional staff especially M. Hussain. The hotel is clean, enjoyable & well located. The rooms are decent, although some do not have the best view from the windows.

I had a confirmed reservation and already coordinated the arrival time of my late flight. However, the hotel sent me a message that they cancelled my reservation as they already overbooked!! Which is unacceptable behavior and customer service that caused me to pay higher than my planned budget due to late new booking.
