Spent two nights at the hotel Grand Plaza Dhabab, very kind and professional staff especially M. Hussain. The hotel is clean, enjoyable & well located. The rooms are decent, although some do not have the best view from the windows.

I had a confirmed reservation and already coordinated the arrival time of my late flight. However, the hotel sent me a message that they cancelled my reservation as they already overbooked!! Which is unacceptable behavior and customer service that caused me to pay higher than my planned budget due to late new booking.

My experience was in the hotel lobby only, and I did not enter the rooms. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. The location of the hotel is in the center of Riyadh in Malaz..
