This hotel is beautiful everything is clean and the staff are very professional specially the receptionist Mr. abdulKarim Fahad and Mr. Fahad including the finance and all service department. I have been here for the last three nights and I feel very comfortable, happy and satisfied. It feels home in this incredible place. I really recommend this place.

My stay at the property was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the incredible support and welcoming attitude of Miss Khalood and the rest of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality, which immediately made me feel at home. Miss Khalood went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay, providing assistance with everything from dining recommendations.

Great standards for a 4-star hotel, breakfast on the 10th floor with a view over the entire city! Housekeeping needs to be ordered and doesnt clean automatically every day, which was confusing...
