It was okay not very fine.

Free two floors of parking B1 & B2, but my car got sink in water in B2 after sudden rain, my car was new, just 1000km, now it smiles bad due to the rain's water that drains inside and dried after some days. The main bad issue, is that the hotel refused to help me cleaning the car from inside, they refused to make even a discount to my two days residency, even no one of the staff accepts to help me getting the car out of B2 or help me getting the water out of the car. That was bad moments that I didn't find a help from any one of the staff. During rain, I saw only one guy of the staff who was so interested to rescue his hotel from electric shock and fire after we hear emergency sound of the firing system that causes hotel visitors to became scared, run every where, this guy rescued his hotel from a big problem due to his attitude that was missed from all others including managerial staff.
