Avoid this hotel at all costs! We were at this hotel during the first few nights of Ramadan 2022. We asked for the room to be cleaned on on the second day but that never happened. We ran out of toilet paper and when we asked for more it was never forthcoming.
The people at their reception also gave another guest a key to our room so we were awoken one night by a stranger entering our room. My wife never felt safe in the hotel after that. When I complained about this and a lack of room service they just gave us complementary tea and fruit, like that made up for it!
On the last day I asked the reception to provide me the email address for the manager so that I could email him about our horrendous experience at the hotel. The receptionist refused to give me his email address and handed me a random business card, telling me to write my message on the back of the card!
This is was the worst experience I've had at a hotel anywhere in the world. The interior of the hotel is dated and the staff have an overly relaxed attitude to customer service. This is meant to be a 5* hotel!
