Extremely Disappointing Experience at Zaha Al Madina
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Zaha Al Madina for a night, and while the room was adequate for the price, the customer service was abysmal. The reception staff demonstrated a blatant disregard for honesty and integrity, engaging in deceitful practices that left a sour taste.
Upon requesting an extended check-in, the receptionist explicitly confirmed the agreed-upon price. However, when it came time to check out, they reneged on their commitment, refusing to honor the previously agreed-upon price and instead extorting additional money you can't do anything because they ask for security deposit. This egregious behavior is unacceptable and exemplifies the worst form of customer service.
To potential guests, I strongly advise obtaining written confirmation of all agreements and being cautious when dealing with this hotel's staff. Their unscrupulous tactics and disregard for customer satisfaction make for a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
