Al zaha Hotel

The Zaha Hotel is commendable, offering cleanliness and adequately sized rooms. The reception staff is highly professional, and the helpers' behavior is pleasant. The distance from Masjid Nabawi is walkable, although it may pose some difficulty for the elderly or those with mobility issues. One disappointment is that the bathroom hand spray is located on the left side; the hotel should address this issue. Initially, I was offered a small room without an outside view, but upon request, they changed it to a room with a nice view of the road. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

A bit from location, hotel is excellent, excellent customer service, staff is great our check out time is 12.00 ambut they let us stay till 2.00 am because of Jumma prayer. Great service, great people. Rooms need bit more attention in terms of cleaning but overall we have great trip. All thanks to staff and guys on reception.

This is an average hotel. It is good to, though. We had a small issue with cleanliness, but once told they came, they cleaned it up and changed all blankets. Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi

The hotel is a little far from the Haram meaning that it takes approx. 15-20 minutes to walk to the Haram. That being said the rooms are large and spacious in comparison to a room that we stayed in Makkah (5* hotel). The breakfast selection is somewhat limited in my opinion so I only dinned there a couple of times. In terms of room service you have to leave your rubbish bin outside your room and ask the cleaners to come and clean the room - otherwise they won't come in. Now all this being said right next door is a laundry should you need to get clothes washed and pressed. They also turn around the clothes in 12 hours or less - I had a nosebleed to had blood on a tshirt and thobe, they managed to get the stains out of both. Next door to that is PESHAWAR RESTRAUNT - now to look at it from outside if you are from the UK you would probably be concerned about food hygiene ratings. But trust me me and my family had meals from there pretty much each day and the food was great. The chapli kebabs are awesome, you get a nan and raita, salad all for 7 sar. In the morning they do aloo (potatoe) paratha - they are amazing. The portions are huge I reckon one curry can feed 2 adults. Further down the road are two mini-supermarkets from where you can get disposable plates and plastic sheeting.

This hotel is very clean and the family room given to us was really spacious. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. Right next to this hotel is a Peshawari restaurant with great food and is open till late night. They also have a supermaket and a pharmacy downstairs 2-3 min walk away. The location may or may not be walkable to masjid e nabawi depending upon hot weather, little kids, health condition. Taxi normally charged 20-25 SAR to and from the haram. Ambience of this hotel is very nice. Breakfast is only available until certain times. Went there at 10 and saw some people eating in but a person told its now closed! At times, people can be sick or returning late night from haram and may wake up a little later. This breakfast service should have extended timings atleast till 11am specially if its included in your stay. This seemed unfair.
