Extremely Disappointing Experience at Zaha Al Madina I recently had the misfortune of staying at Zaha Al Madina for a night, and while the room was adequate for the price, the customer service was abysmal. The reception staff demonstrated a blatant disregard for honesty and integrity, engaging in deceitful practices that left a sour taste. Upon requesting an extended check-in, the receptionist explicitly confirmed the agreed-upon price. However, when it came time to check out, they reneged on their commitment, refusing to honor the previously agreed-upon price and instead extorting additional money you can't do anything because they ask for security deposit. This egregious behavior is unacceptable and exemplifies the worst form of customer service. To potential guests, I strongly advise obtaining written confirmation of all agreements and being cautious when dealing with this hotel's staff. Their unscrupulous tactics and disregard for customer satisfaction make for a deeply unsatisfactory experience. Rating: 1/5 (and that's being generous)"

Everything in this hotel i give it a zero! First of all they make you wait for a long time and bot only us lots of people were waiting and the same excuse was repeated that there are no empty rooms. Receptionist Rayan didnt have the enough greeting to the guests and didnt know how to welcome. The view is such a mess! Cleaning is 0. They made us wait and its still dirty after people’s use, they don’t change the inner cover only outside. And the cleaners doesnt clean properly and they dont have cleaning products to clean. The cups are not clean, the shampoo and conditioner are so weak and damages the hair, no hot water to bath. The Ac makes a loud noisy voice. No cleaning services next day. The breakfast in not eatable!!!! I give it 0. And chef is rude!!!!! Nothing is eatable in the breakfast! And there are 2 hotels having breakfast in the same ground! A MESS!!! I wanted to refund my money but my booking wasn’t refundable! A very very very big mistake and miserable experience!!!! The locker doesnt close?!!!!!!!!!! The room door wasnt closing???????!!!! And it lags alot it needs pressure for you to push and open the door!!! I spend my 2 nights outside the hotel because you feel that you are in a den!!!!!!0 in everything!!!! And they take 200 sar incharge you break anything!!!???

Never book with these guys you will get there and they would have cancelled your booking. They help themselves and cancel without notice. They are extremely rude. I saw many families stranded in the middle of the night as their bookings had been cancelled. We got there at 5pm and found our booking cancelled. Had to find an alternate hotel - it was a nightmare for family with kids and elderly.

Heads up if you want to stay here don’t pay extra to get breakfast in your stay if you do you better bring you own butter or buy from out side. Because the restaurant manager here likes to pick and choose who he wants to give or not. It’s like I have more chances of finding gold than butter here. It’s defiantly not a 4 star hotel restaurant shame on the restaurant manager. Pilgrimers come here and stay here they offer prayers all day and night only get to ask for a decent breakfast and it’s horrible. Beware before booking pay little extra and book a 5 star hotel.
