Positives -Affordable with tickets costing 15 Riyals -Clean with AC- so nice place to get out of the heat whilst still learning and taking in the history -Not crowded -Informative -Tours provided in different languages Negative -There are computerised visual displays. However some of them were not working - For English and Arabic speakers there isn't a person guiding the tour but it's auditory presentations from the display - There are personal devices to listen to the tour but this is not consistently given out. We asked about the tour and were just told to read the displays but another person that came after us received it. So this aspect is not very well organised. There were two people at the front one didn't understand because he didn't speak English and the other was more interested in his phone than providing customer service and told us just to read the display. The personal devices might have made the exhibition more interesting but I guess we will never know. We could have gone through it again with the device (not that this was offered) but the exhibition is not that interesting to go through it twice.

A beautiful museum about the prophet's charming mosque story. Guided tour in multiple languages. It takes around 30 to 40 minutes. The exhibition guide was very knowledgeable. Loved the experience

Beautiful exhibition showing the different expansions that has been done on the Prophet's mosque since it's establishment. They also provide headphones to listen to audio descriptions in 9 languages. There are different photos, videos, holographic display, mosque models to see. A good place to learn about the Prophet's mosque. It takes about 30-45 minutes to see this place.
