クラウンプラザRDCホテル内にあるワイルドファイアブラジリアンステーキハウスは、単なるレストランではありません。それはあらゆる意味で体験であり、リヤドが提供しなければならないシュラスコスタイルの料理の最高の味をゲストに提供する体験です。
Wildfireの装飾は他のレストランとは一線を画し、黒とベージュの壁と天井のエレガントな黒のランプシェードが磨き上げられたダークウッドの床と完璧に調和し、本物の洗練さと高級感を生み出しています。テーブルはレストラン全体に均等に配置され、最後に向かって、ガラスのコーナーウィンドウからシェフがおいしい肉を焼くキッチンの景色を眺めることができます。
Wildfireは、中庭やホテルの他の印象的なセクションの素晴らしい景色を望む屋外席も提供しています。
Wildfireは、販売するさまざまなアイテムを一覧表示する通常のメニューの代わりに、14種類以上の肉の切り身、鶏肉、新鮮なサラダ、シーフードをすべて1つの価格で提供する単一の食べ放題体験を提供します。体験の開始時に、ゲストはサラダバーからお好みのサラダを選択するためのプレートを与えられます。バーには、さまざまなサラダ、チーズ、ソース、スパイスが含まれています。体験を通して、Wildfireはその特徴的なタッチを提示します。ブラジルの肉の彫刻家のセットがテーブルに現れ、バーベキューをした串から直接プレートに焼けるように暑い肉の切り身をスライスする、ロディツィオスタイルのサービング。これらの肉の彫刻家は、ゲストが最初に与えられた小さなカードを「緑」から「赤」に変えるまで、テーブルに協調して現れ続けます。

We had an amazing experience. Thanks to all the staff in special to Wilson for being very professional and yet friendly. Our experience would have not been the same without Wilson’s hospitality. We def recommend Wildfire, and certainly we will be back. Thanks again Wilson.

The best Brazilian restaurant in Riyadh hands down. The meat quality and the service were excellent. Shout out to “Jones” he was such a great host!

Wildfire Brazilian Steakhouse is the place to go if you love meat, excellent service, delicious drinks and a wonderful dining atmosphere. The salad bar was top notch, as well as the side dishes and sauces that accompany the meal. The variety of meats presented were mouth watering, from the melt in your mouth prime rib to the smoky beef ribs. The house signature drink is the Wildfire Sangria, which did not disappoint. I also sampled the drinks of my companions and the Amazon Mango Mule and Passion fruit Caipirinha are also worth checking out. The Brazilian Caramel Flan was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. I recommend enjoying your meal on the balcony, it will only increase your already wonderful dining experience. I give Wildfire 5 stars, 100 out of 100. The price range might seem high, but you definitely get what you pay for.

It’s like a 5 ⭐️ restaurant experience.
It’s a cozy restaurant with good Experience. Nice ambience indoor and outdoor dine in available … open salad bar, soup and different cuts of meat ? like (tenderloin, sirloin, ribs etc… ), prawns ?, chicken, + desert (pineapple) comes to the table … service is good. Best steaks with around 12 different cuts .Good to try and have a nice experience

Absolutely great! All staffs are super friendly and accomodating like Sir Kenny and Sir Adrian. Super fresh and delicious foods. Steaks are juicy,tender and very tasty. Steak lover will definitely love it. This restaurant is highly recommended.
