In my review, I would highlight the extended delay in cleaning services and how it impacted your overall experience, emphasizing the importance of timely and responsive housekeeping for guests. I personally called multiple times asking for room cleaning for 3 days. I kept being told cleaning would “come in 5 minutes” but on the third day I personally went down and spoke to receptionist TWICE and voiced my concerns. She dismissed me and continued to give me the same answer with no concern or urgency. I had to come down again for the THIRD time to stand in line (waiting for 20 min) to speak to concierge. Finally concierge was able to call and have cleaning done.This took a total of 3 days for an essential task like this to be done. It's crucial to mention the unsatisfactory cleanliness and the unpleasant smell of mold in the room which I also voiced to hotel staff. Highlighting specific issues like these helps future guests make informed decisions about their stay. Cleanliness is the most important thing that I look into when booking a hotel. This is something that needs to be improved.
