I stayed their for hajj in 2017, the hotel was relatively opened at that time. It was exciting experience for us. The Pakistani hajj mission office was also near, the aziziyah market, bin dawood, beautiful roads, it was fabulous experience.

Tiny rooms
Non professional staff, slow demage lifts , unhygienic atmosphere, electricity problem

An average hotel for Hujjaj kiram in Azizia but quite long distance from Haram? and specially constructed for Hujjaj to stay in Hajj season

Very bad elevators(lift) some stop in the middle and then you have to call manager for rescue, three time in my stay of a week elevator (lift) stop and staff of the hotel rescue through manual method.
2nd under construction still.
3rd the near by gate of Masjid is closed and you have enter from far away.
4th No WiFi available in the Room's even in 2nd floor.
5th two rooms have one bathroom.
Last have another hotel naming Baisan selver hotel opposite to Palestine hotel give instead of Noor Al Salah which is about 2 km away from Masjid ul Haram.
