Pros: big & clean room. King size bed. 5 star standard room. A lot of space at restaurant even in peak seasons. Completed with big prayer room
Cons: food taste is so so and some foods taste so salty. Same various of foods everyday. Complicated lift system. You need to change lift from room to hotel lobby then go to shopping mall or haram.

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont Hotel, Makkah Clock Towers. A very special mention to Riyas Hussein (M3 restaurant - catering management team during breakfast times) who was extremely caring and hospitable during our time here. He especially went out of his way to help me with a special request which was fulfilled to exceptional standards. He is extremely caring and communicates very effectively. We wish him and all the staff at the hotel all the best especially during the busy season. Thank you.
