Nice people and excellent hospitality. Fast response on our needs and when attending to our challenges. Some improvements to put non smoking signage to avoid people smoking in rooms. We were suffocated of cigarette smells on our room floor. Overall it was a nice and wonderful stay.

This is obviously a beautiful and large hotel. My family had arranged 3 rooms. Two were twin rooms which had just about enough space for 2 people and were well kept. Unfortunately the other one was a king room which was very small for 2 people and the window was very dirty in their room. However the location and service was brilliant. Breakfast had plenty of varied choices and felt well worth it. Staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful, especially Mohamed Hafiz who was incredibly attentive.

Housekeeping staff are amazing and efficient. Very eager to provide great service and accomodate any requests. Very satisfied with their level of service. My AC wasn’t operating properly and they came immediately to fix it. Followed up 30 minutes later to make sure it was working fine.

No doubt it's beautiful hotel.. tower clock building.. very helpful staff .. nice restaurant ,, very lavish breakfast.. rooms very clean toilets are big and clean.. everyday room cleaner coming,, nice big parking under the hotel.. mostly rooms windows are open HARAM side .. no doubt everything is perfect.. specially staff was so helpful

Service is perfect and Mr. Jemsith did a great favour when we asked for an espresso machine if available and he provided it immediately.
The only concern is that the room was a connected room and we heard every single word and noise from the next room.
We reported that there is a fight in the corridor and no one reached us back to let us feel safe.
