From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. The staff members were attentive and friendly throughout the evening, ensuring that we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated their efforts. We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alfraz Hussein for his exceptional service. The food was outstanding, and the cook did an excellent job. Thank you all for making my visit memorable!

Kazi was very kind and helped us feel very at home during our time at Makkah. He even showed us suggestions of where to take the best photos. He spoke to us like we were family and he was extremely knowledgeable about the city and where to travel to. This hotel is beautiful and extremely luxurious. The kind environment made this trip even more worth it. I will never forget this trip and the next time I am able to come to Makkah, I will definitely be staying here!

Excellent hospitality, I asked for anniversary arrangement, the hotel offered me many decoration options with very attractive prices. They even upgraded my room to a suite with Kaaba view and everything looked beautiful. We had trouble being late catching our train, the hotel helped us even beyond to arrange another train for us. I definitely recommend staying here.

Unpleasant stay at this hotel. Two stars for the good location only! READ FULL REVIEW BELOW! Reception were not friendly at all and do not try to help you even though it was not busy at the reception area! We asked for medical attention to the room and they arrived after 55 minutes. Obviously saftey is not a priority at this hotel. Room furniture is very old and we had one broken bed leg! Good mattresses. I see other reviews about the cold temperature of the room and i see the hotel replied that they will look into it, apparently they didn’t. Room is very cold and you need to keep turning the air conditioning on and off every once in a while to keep a good room temperature A very bad smell (like used wet socks) coming out of the AC!! I won’t have had to smell this if i paid 10% off the price i paid here. No action from housekeeping on this. Elevators - many elevators are out of service! Control button inside are broken. Screens inside are broken Breakfast is good I would recommend trying other hotels at the same area. Much less expenses and i have tried some of them some years ago and they were much better.

It was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the Service was very nice and the food was just amazing. Special thanks To the guys who worked at the Dinner area. They were very polite and friendly. I Hope all the stuff will be there when i come Back inshaallah
