Our dining experience at The Butcher Shop & Grill on Tahlia Street was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Milan. His warm and attentive service made us feel like cherished guests, enhancing the nostalgic ambiance of South Africa that permeates the restaurant.
We opted for the Mix Grill for 2, and it was a feast for the senses! The sizzling meats, reminiscent of a true South African braai, filled the air with irresistible aromas. Tender and perfectly grilled, the variety of meats delighted our palates, while the accompanying sides added a delightful touch to the meal.
Milan's expertise in recommending the best dishes and ensuring every detail was taken care of made the experience even more enjoyable. The cozy seating and inviting ambiance transported us back to fond memories of dining with friends and family in South Africa.

The food is very scrumptious and Sir Ronald and Sir Shafqat and also Sir Julius showed very accommodating service. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely come back! ? thanks Sir Ronald for the complementary Cheesecake!!!

This is an African experience. The food, the atmosphere and our waiter Milan was an absolute delight. Thank you for the biltong and droëwors -it felt like we were home.

I generally like this restaurant and have tried it in Jeddah, Riyadh,Dubai, and Johannesburg.. and like it all the time. Taste is always as expected ?
