It is premium with all the word meaning. Everything is top notch. It is the best place to stay in Madina. Along others of course. But for me, it's no. 1.

Just the location is nice but that’s it. This hotel could be a 1 or 2 stars but not high. In my room was the window broken so I couldn’t close the window and my room was on the instructions side. Very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I give this hotel only 3 star, it is very near from alharam and women gate but the room is too small there is no space and the breakfast is under my expectations, the employee in the reception was very arrogant with us her name is Mal….
I will never stay in this hotel in the future

Unfortunately, the last visit to the tea garden was not up to the standard at all ? We ordered a chicken pizza and the chicken was uneven and we called the employee and he reacted as if it was a very normal thing! He asked if we would like to replace a second unit with the same uniform and not change the order! It will be your last visit after you have been a regular customer...
