Robashiは、リヤドのヒッティンにあるThe Canopyにオープンした新しい日本感覚のダイニング体験です。炉端の才能豊かなシェフが卓越したスキルと情熱を融合させて料理の宝を生み出す体験をすることができます。どの料理も芸術品のように丁寧に作られています。レストランは 2 つのフロアに分かれており、優れたインテリア デザインが施されており、上の階にはリヤドのスカイラインの素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニーが付いています。
Romataはヒッティンのザ・キャノピーに位置し、日本料理を専門とする高級ダイニング体験を提供しています。レストランはエレガントなインテリアデザインで、2階建ての会場とテラス席があり、専用のドリンクバーがあり、リヤドの気候に合わせてエアコンが完備されています。シェフが料理を作る様子が見えるオープンキッチンや、バーテンダーがお飲み物を用意するドリンクバーテーブルもあります。
炉ばたは、テーブルの真ん中に料理をシェアして家族で楽しむシェアリングコンセプトを持っています。メニューには、ポップコーンチキン、枝豆、巻き巻き、寿司、刺身、串焼き、和牛など、幅広い美味しい日本料理やグリルが揃っています。爽やかなモクテル、コーヒー、本格的な抹茶、デザートも豊富に取り揃えています。この高級レストランは、リヤドのヒッティンに新しくオープンしたショッピングセンター、ザ・キャノピー内にあります。

What a SUPER EVENING ♥️♥️♥️
My first visit to this great restaurant and certainly will not be the last. I went with my friends and we have dined together on many occasions, But this time was different ♥️♥️♥️ We had lovely cocktails in the beginning which was great and unique. It was so hard to choose from the many and varied items. Our food was fantastic, cook to perfection ?????? the desserts was really delicious.
The staff were the best ever ??? happy to discuss our choices and gave us excellent service throughout, especially the restaurant manager, he tried his best to make us feel comfortable and happy.
We all said one of the best times we have had. I have no hesitation in recommending ROBATA for a food experience at its best. Enjoy!!!

Every single dish we ordered was super delicious. Try Slice Portobello salad, Romaine Salad, Crispy Aubergine, Waguy Bun, and Mashrom Rice. For dessert Cinnamon Milk❤️

Very excellent restaurant I have been to? they really offered great service especially to the Manager Mr. Ofuk and the rest of his team did a very amazing job?The restaurant just opened 6days ago and the food was so delicious that definitely worth the penny?. From starters to main course up to desserts which are so spectacular and delicious ? until now I could still having a last taste syndrome ? love everything what they served. If you guys wanted to try something new for a japanese restaurant, I would recommend this place??
Just a reminder: wear something smart casual / elegant and no shorts and slippers.
