Checked-In at 10 PM and did not get settled in my room until midnight!!!
One of the most unpleasant stays in hotels I have ever tried.
Talked to the receptionist and inform him that the room is “Hot” and the A/C is not working, and he said to give it a minute or 2 and that will be better. “A minute and 2” were given and still the room is hot, so decided to change my room and again had the same issue, told him “you know what, I’m going to grab my dinner and I will be back. Hopefully it will be better” get back after 30 minutes, the room still hot! Said me, it was better to call the shift manager and talk to him, he upgraded my room and finally, my heat issue was fixed. Went to the receptionist and told him sorry for the inconvenience caused, he sarcastically said “no I like how you played it to get an upgrade”
With the upgrade given, in the so-called “Suite”. At night, I literally can hear the sound of every car passing by, even I counted them, just to try to sleep, from staying up all night.
Did not mention the lobby smell when I first entered, but who cares? Right?
Overall, highly not recommended
P.S. 2* giving to the great attitude that the Waiters present.
