The place is clean, new, and quiet. I wished the price was a little cheap, at least if it was 100 riyals less. It would have completed 5 stars. The swimming pool was cold. I tried to swim, but the water was a little cold.

The friendliest environment. The team members are very friendly and welcoming. Abeer, the reception girl is very sweet and always smiling. Mahmoud the operation manager is the most helpful person and he make things happen and fast. One of the cleanest hotels I have been around the world. The rooms are spacious and very modern. P.S. the toilette mirror is the best, I'm getting one for my house ? I highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely place to stay very professional staff Food is amazing they have Lebanese chef BASIL very good and with Lebanese taste of food. Chef Abdulqader is also amazing very creative ? and very tasty food and dishes. I definitely recommend dining there ? Dishes very from the menu and he is master of that .

Loved it, stayed there for one night and it was one of the most pleasant experiences ever! I would also like to give a special thanks to the hotel receptionist Abeer, she is professional, tentative and extremely helpful, Abeer made the check in process effortless with ease. I wish all hotel adopt thier style.

Checked-In at 10 PM and did not get settled in my room until midnight!!! One of the most unpleasant stays in hotels I have ever tried. Talked to the receptionist and inform him that the room is “Hot” and the A/C is not working, and he said to give it a minute or 2 and that will be better. “A minute and 2” were given and still the room is hot, so decided to change my room and again had the same issue, told him “you know what, I’m going to grab my dinner and I will be back. Hopefully it will be better” get back after 30 minutes, the room still hot! Said me, it was better to call the shift manager and talk to him, he upgraded my room and finally, my heat issue was fixed. Went to the receptionist and told him sorry for the inconvenience caused, he sarcastically said “no I like how you played it to get an upgrade” With the upgrade given, in the so-called “Suite”. At night, I literally can hear the sound of every car passing by, even I counted them, just to try to sleep, from staying up all night. Did not mention the lobby smell when I first entered, but who cares? Right? Overall, highly not recommended P.S. 2* giving to the great attitude that the Waiters present.
