Received the wrong room than we reserved. When asked at the desk about it, he just shrugged and said there’s nothing he could do- gave a mattress on the floor instead which ended up next to the curtain. In the end everyone had an uncomfortable sleep for 2 nights since we had 4 beds for 7 people.
Room and lobby smelled of smoke. Asked him about it, he offered to move us but also said that the other rooms may not be much different. Kids ended up with headaches for most of the stay.
Location is central and convenient with a laundry, convenience store and restaurants close by, but would not stay there due to the smell and lack of correct accommodations

The room was very small and also the bed size, however it was cozy and clean.
Overall I don't know about the service because we didn't demand or request anything
The breakfast buffet could have been a little more improved as very few items were available.
Overall a good stay.

Had a very good experience, comfy bed fresh breakfast and spacious room with the cheap room rates in a wonderful location.

I have only issue with the services... you ask for anything and khallas no response from them ... you need to remind them 2-3 times then they will do some actions
