In fact, hotel rooms were very good & the service as well. I would raise my deep appreciation for Ms. Abeer for her efforts to satisfy the hotel guests.
But I have some comments:
- Food is not recommended
- Service is fair , it was obvious that they have a shortage of staff.
- Staff has to be trained
- parking is too tight
High Price compared with the value.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Abeer in housekeeping was very helpful. Laundry service is done quickly. Would recommend this hotel!

The rooms were perfectly clean. Every thing was extraordinary. Good choice near the airport. Miss Abeer was very helpful. The only drawback is that the staff overall is not proficient in English

Very friendly staff especially Abeer Algahmdi. She is been very nice to take care of our needs and gave us location to visit in Jeddah.
Location is close to airport and easy access.
Highly recommend.

Great hotel, great staff. Abby made sure my room had everything I needed and ensured my laundry services were taken care of in a timely fashion. Breakfast is great, the evening restaurant is just ok.
