Suliman, Hussien & Reem are top team. They are always accommodating, positive & helpful.
The hotel location is super central and rooms are quite spacious & best part is the coffee machine:)
This is my fourth time and i come always for business trips, it’s 20 min from airport.
Highly recommend to visit

One of the best hotel locations ever.
In the heart of Jeddah.
Newly opened, clean and tidy.
More of a modern than luxurious.

The room has spaciousness , the location is on the center of everything. However the service is below expectation when i ask for something for housekeeping they refer me to room service and when i call room service they refer me to housekeeping. I called the reception and they didnt reply as well.

Had a great stay here and would definitely go back. Amazing staff, friendly and very polite. Also an amazing breakfast with lots to choose from. Further more, very clean, nice gym, nice swimming pool and always available delicious Saudi coffee. Thanks!
