Very professional service and very pleasant customer care with welcoming smile, the restaurant is very clean and tasty dishes, special thanks to Abdul Aleem for his advice on what to choose with excellent attitude. I recommend this hotel for everyone seeking comfort and piece of mind.

The rooms we had booked were not reserved for us and we were not given equivalent or better rooms. The carpets in the room were dirty and cleanliness generally was poor.
The pool area is dated with broken seats and dirty glass around the perimeter. It was not a pleasant place to sit. The small bar is not staffed.
Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. We were told that Lunch was not being served despite it being advertised as such.
The staff were pleasant

We really enjoyed our lunch with colleagues and friends at the Palm Restaurant. The buffet was complete with a variety of international cuisines to choose from. Our server, Abdulracman, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The breakfast buffet was good and suitable for the price. The staffs are accommodating especially the Pakistani one named Mohammed and also their Manager was so welcoming. The ambiance is superb. We enjoyed having breakfast here.

The hotel is good but has better potential… the carpet is stained and dirty walking with socks wasn’t even an option. The breakfast was really good I had no complaints about that and the staff is reallly nice. The location is good there’s a lot of malls near by, not much restaurants though. The hotel is off a Main Street and is very dangerous to cross so don’t expect to walk around in the area
