I had the pleasure of staying in the Movenpick Tahlia in February 2024. The hotel went out of its way to make my stay a most memorable one. The complimentary room upgrade was awesome. The room had its own little garden. The hotel has a good choice of restaurants as well as room service. The breakfast is great. I especially liked the Apple/Ginger Juice. In addition, it is at walking distance or a short Uber ride away from a list of most awesome restaurants on Tahlia, Sultan as well as Rawdah. Taking advantage of the cool temperatures, I was also able to most conveniently walk to the Fountain. I would also like to make special mention of front desk staff, Abdullah and Joury (they are the best).

We had our new year dinner at Rasoi by Vineet. They had a fixed menu for new year but since there was no veg options we chose for Ala Carte. I must say the food was delicious. Right from the appetizer to the dessert every thing was just perfect. They gave us complimentary appetizers also from their side. I must say they have good veg dishes also.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in Indian style. Food is excellent with a modern twist. The best is the lamb korma. The naan bread is very good.
