The two stars are for the wonderfully FRIENDLY people at the hotel. Phenomenal. So was the food. However, it was the dirtiest and most worn down rooms I’ve ever been to. Very dirty - definitely not 5 starts!

Location: perfect 5*
However the hotel is somewhat dated and may have been very glamorous in 10 to 15 years ago, but the ornate decor and dated furniture is somewhat depressing. We were issued a room, only to discover that it was not cleaned. We promptly request a new room and was "upgraded" to a room overlooking a construction. For comfort it was fine considering we spent very little time in the room.
The staff were helpful and friendly, offered fresh towels everyday, and willing to assist as needed. The breakfast had a huge variety and was ample and delicious.
For location. we would stay there again being so near the main gate. But the hotel does need some upgrading.
