Excellent all around! I was simply surprised at the amazing level of service, attention to the needs of the guests, and constant feedback requests from everyone to the bellhop to the front desk, all the way to the chefs and managers. Mr Alawi checked us in at the front desk and not only made our stay comfortable, but also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and travel plans. This made our visit to Madinah and the Prophets mosque easier so we could focus on what we came here for which is Ibadah. My wife and are both Hhonors gold members but I feel like we got platinum level service. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit in March next year.

I have stayed in many a Hilton hotel around the world, BUT the service I received from Abdullah Alawi, it beats all! From the moment I checked in to checkout, his service was second to none. He looked after all of my family's needs. He is absolutely fantastic in his customer service. My room was so Spacious in 11th floor; Elevators are super quick to come by; Breakfast buffet was OUT OF THIS WORLD; The people working here are chosen based on their amazing personalities and I just got treated with such fantastic care, even at breakfast time. Kitchen staff - Sami Ali - he goes beyond what's expected to make you content. Ihab and Noohidin also! The Manager in kitchen - Imran - he was so caring and checking up on us. I needed a universal adaptor to take my meeting with a client last minute at 11pm, and Youssef just offered it super fast. I'm really thankful for this! I pray I meet these wonderful people again and will be surrounded with this much love and care for my next visit in February 2024 inshaAllah!

Great experience staying in Hilton Madinah. We stayed in this hotel during our last visit(2017) and I must say the service level has been completely maintained. The hotel is few mins walk (2-3mins) from king fahad gate 21 and ladies gate 25 is next as well. So for families it becomes very convenient. Even if you leaving during Azaan time you can easily arrive inside Haram at a normal pace. Many options for pharmacies, supermarkets(bin dawood), Food (desi+fast food) are around…. Thanks to all the staff, specially restaurant manager Mr. Imran who has been paying attention to all the guests during break fast timings and addressing all their needs. Overall service from reception, check-in, free parking, concierge, housekeeping, management, room facility, location, accessibility to haram, break fast etc has been excellent. Recommended for stay.

It’s very conveniently located and just couple of minutes walk to masjid e Nabwi. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are very clean. Our breakfast service was amazing. The two restaurant managers Imran Shafiq and Mohammed Abdul Rahman were extremely professional, helpful and courteous! The hotel manager Ethar Abdullah was also very professional and courteous. Will highly recommend this place!

The hotel was nice and convenient. Really amazing and professional staff. We go and stay at the Madina Hilton often and we always request the 7th floor. The whole staff on the 7th floor are exceptionally amazing and are quick to respond to our needs. Especially Mohammed Moin whom we seek out. They have worked there for many years and are the main part of the reason we choose Madina Hilton year after year.
