I have to give 1 star because the cleaning services gave me a lack of patience. Me and my family were not in a good condition, so we were trying so hard to take a good rest before continue our umrah activity. WE WERE HANGING THE DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR, but guess what? They keep knocking our door and pressing the bells. Sorry not sorry but don't you guys understand what is the meaning of DON'T DISTURB sign????????? It's a VERY BASIC AND COMMON SIGN at every hotels around the world. Why keep knocking and pressing bells MORE THEN THREE TIMES? For what purpose???
And one more, personally, the foods don't taste good

This was the 1st time we visited Saudi Arabia for Umrah. (August 2023) This was one of the best hotels we have stay in. Very quiet and well presented. The food was very nice and staff have done a very good job. We was very close to Majid Nawabi. Which was very good for us because we was travelling with a wheelchair traveller. We like to thank the hotel staff for making our 1st trip to Saudi Arabia and our stay at the Frontel Al hrithia a very remarkable trip. All the best for the future.

Location was very convenient to Masjid Nabawi. Food was also very good. However, the hotel's walls are so thin you can hear the TV and any conversation next door. In fact if you get noisy neighbors, it's so difficult to rest and pray. The shower water heater does not work, and for someone who goes here for umroh and praying, the hotel apparently accepts non Moslem women tourists who don't cover their hair during eating time, it's disturbing. The hotel should establish a policy for Non Moslem to cover their hair as a respectful basic standard. And I don't understand why the housekeeping never cleans our room when we're out and about. They only knock after we get back and want to rest. Are we supposed to go out of the room again after a long day? It doesn't make much sense.

We stayed here during our stay in Medina.
Firstly, the location was perfect. This hotel is situated just a minute away from Masjid Al-Nawabi, walking distance.
The rooms were clean throughout, hotel service was also good. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also clean.
Buffet breakfast was very delicious and the staff service was great.
The hotel has a cafe in the lobby, the service here was also great, very friendly staff. The tea/coffee was really delicious.
Hotel is reasonably priced but what you would expect of a 5*.
The Hotel was beautiful throughout, especially the lobby area, the furnishings and the atmosphere would definitely make me a returning customer.
