The rooms are very good. it’s well maintained , spacious & with good view. The room service staffs has taken very good care of the guests.especially Monaik hossain has taken good care of us. Breakfast buffet had lot of items & it’s very good. the Haram to the hotel is walkable distance. They are providing 24hrs shuttle.

Rooms are really well kept and clean. Spacious and very nice views. Breakfast buffet is incredible and the service received is top notch. Brother Ahmad ElSayed and Brother Mohammad Bilal don’t miss anything when it comes to service. They take great care of their guests with a smile and laughter. May Allāh bless them.

Great place, very clean, the service was amazing. The Breakfast contain variety of food but the pastry was the best.. It has bus services for the trip from Alharam. But we like going by foot .. not far from Alharam just 5 minutes away.. I really recommend it and definitely will book again.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff specially in the restaurant Mr. Saddam and Mr. Farooq were really accomodating. What I loved most was about the shuttle service that you guys give. Looking forward to visiting again along with my family as well!

I was working during the construction of DoubleTree hotel until the handing over in 2020 but today it was the first time to visit the hotel as a guest after operation.
I’m so grateful for the excellent service and the great welcoming attitude from all hotel staff especially Ms. Mardia in reception and Islam in concierge.
Bus transportation to and from Haram was always available 24 hours. The breakfast was amazing and diversified. The welcoming cookies was so delicious. Rooms were so clean and new. Mattresses were so soft.
I enjoyed my stay in Doubletree hotel. Thanks for your great and extraordinary service.
