Great place and staff. I really appreciate Emran who is very kind and doing his best. But price is very expensive. Anyway manager handle it well and explained me about cost and price so I got that the price is reasonable. To be honest quality and service is excelent so I am fine to pay that money but I have to understand why should I pay. Thank you Bateel and I will come again and again!

I’m never easily impressed by most cafe/restaurants I go to but Bateel Cafe has been an exception! Food and service - wise, they’re excellent!!! I also personally witnessed how kind-hearted the crew was when they handed a food pack to a mentally challenged man who barged in through the dining area. The manager did not speak a word, instead he just held the man’s hand and signalled for him to wait but the man turned arund and headed to the door. The next thing I saw was that the manager was walking hurriedly to the door with a food pack in his hand. I like how the staff handled it. Thumbs up to the staff and more success to Bateel Cafe! You deserve to be the best restaurant of the year!!! God bless your business!!

My business partners and I always visit this place it’s one of the best places in town we enjoy the calmness, greeting and services they provide. They provide amazing dates as well as coffee. I’d like to thank someone special that works here and is wonderful with her service Ms. Hana.

I love this place. The Saudis tease me about loving it as it might be more for tourists but their dates are so good, esp the smoked almond stuffed dates. Choc are also very good. The staff is so helpful and the Ramadan boxes make such a nice gift. Coffee is great too. I get with a little coconut milk and it’s perfectly strong.
