Management is not good.
We booked 4 beds room but when we arrived at hotel they gave us 3 beds room.
Then we request again to change the room but they sent an extra bed very late.
We like the breakfast menu.

The hotel is relatively new. It's a 6-7min walk to the Haram. While there is a shuttle that reduces the walking time by about 3min, a short walk of about 3min is still required to reach the Haram. The return walk includes an uphill path, which may present a challenge for the elderly (hotel's rates possibly reflect this aspect). Despite this, the hotel is excellent. The service is exceptional, plenty of parking available, room views are impressive, and breakfast offers a good selection and is delicious.

Had the best experience here with my family. Shuttle bus was super helpful and convenient. Picked and drop us off accordingly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of variations. Room services were top class. Shaon assisted us in room services and we really appreciated his efforts in keeping us comfortable at all times. Really recommend this hotel for a luxurious experience here at Makkah.

We have stayed 4 nights with my family and the services is top notch. Room is specious and comfortable. Everything about it is luxurious. I have had a get time with my family and I will again stay hare. The room boy zakia hossain is very helpful and did an excellent job. Special thanks to him

Stayed with my family for 5 days.
When we reached, the system of the hotel was down, and they were working offline. This created an issue, as they couldn't get the information regarding my payment. However, Ms. Awatif at reception was very helpful and tried everything to help us.
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Haram. They also have shuttle buses running around the clock to take you to Haram.
Rooms were clean and nice.
Mr Ahad(room service) on the 7th floor was very helpful.
They've great range of breakfast in Buffet. We absolutely loved it.
Would definitely love to stay again.
