At first it was...very bad service...
They put loud music about 10 minutes after we entered the store.. When we asked them to stop the music or turn the volume down, one of the workers came to shout at us and reduce his politeness and bring security to frighten us.. Frankly, it was a bad experience, unfortunately, and I would not advise anyone to go to him…
I would like to add: that as soon as I put the evaluation with one star, the management reacted quickly, so that the worker who mistreated us came to me with an apology and regret immediately, and I apologize that the whole issue was a miscalculation and understanding on his part.. I deeply apologize.. as well as the supervisor who accompanied him. I thank the management thank you Thank you very much for this quick interaction.. I hope that they will not cut off the livelihood of this worker who understood the lesson well.. as well as his colleagues.. This is how effective management will be successful..
I think I have to come back again because I forgot to say that the mocha with the light coffee I ordered was very delicious.. I hope that decaffeinated coffee will be added, especially for evening customers or for those who cannot tolerate the high level of caffeine...
