If you have work or busy day please don’t book in this hotel , it’s such as wasting your time in everything starting with checking in and proceeding with your requests, bad management. They cancelled my paid booking because my flight delayed and I didn’t reach the check in time.??????????????????

As i travel a lot.. and have seen many hotels.. i can guarantee that Citadines Al Salamah is one of the best hotels in its category.
the rooms are big and clean, the bed mattress is super nice.
Reception staff and the guys from the restaurant are very welcome and happy to assist you. And definitely, you feel welcomed all times, and the atmosphere is like you are in your home.

The hotel is good!Rooms should be a little bit tidier and cleaner!Brakfast is really good with variety of freshly made food but i can't say the same about the food from the menu(lunch and dinner)which is pretty mediocre(almost all processed food)!Room sevice is ok!Has nearby general shops,barbers,clothes,fast food and electronic stores!

Welcome to Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM and it is located in the basement. The Gym is located on the 1st floor. The kid's area is on the 6 floors.
