Mustakem is very pleasant to talk to; he is nice and generous. I hope the company will recognize him for his kindness, he deserves a promotion. My room is clean, he makes sure everything is fine and exceeds my expectations. ❤️ 10 stars for his performance.
I also met Jahir. He is kind too!!!

Hi, I’m Aisa from 409 if you remember me. I’m from Indonesia. I work here as a cabin crew but I’m still on my training. The service of the hotel helps me a lot. Especially the housekeeper Jahid and Ishak. They always ensure me to have everything that I need and helps me a lot. Thank you so much🤍

Mostakem is very accommodating. I appreciate his attentiveness to all my requests. He always wear his best smile whenever he talks to all the guests. He’s great to what he’s doing. People like him makes the stay more pleasant and easy. Great job! 🥳

Great service by housekeeper, front desk, and the laundry service is very helpful especially when I forgot my inhaler and necklace in my coat. The said items were returned immediately. Breakfast buffet is served fresh and delightful! Special mention to Mostakem for keeping our rooms clean and attending to our needs at our floor. Brilliant service! I highly recommend Comfort Hotel.
