The first time I visit and most likely last time ..
Bad treatment from staff
- I entered I want to relax in Cafe and take coffee I do not smoke unfortunately there is no place for non-smokers
- Bad treatment by the staff and they do not provide any assistance manner
- The city is full of other competing options The location is crowded and not clean.

My Experience hahaha all hotel was check in have a free Wifi very important, but this tulip hotel no free wifi ?

The area is a slum, with heavy traffic jam.
Room is big but service is all passive. You need to call or hang your plate on the door knob to get things replaced or room cleaned. The Philippine restaurant on 1/F is ok, other than that, nothing to appreciate about.
