The location is best and this would have been a 5 start review. But it wont be.
Why? Because a hotel with 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, a really nice admin block and everything amenity did not have a microwave oven or something to warm up the food and nan i had. I went to all of them, i had some food saved up and just wanted them to run it in microwovem for 30 seconds but they all, all of them kept saying no. Shame on them

The rooms feels nice, comfy, but the house-keeping staff kept bothering with my privacy such as asking for converting their money, peek to my room if opened a bit and also the restaurant manager were rude when i was asking for direction or help. Even though the hotel were very near to the Nabawi Mosque the service was really terrible, not recommended.

Stay away from this hotel. The hotel is dingy. Elevators are always crowded. Beds are wobbly. Service is the worst. You can ask the front desk for help, but they won't send help. We stayed there for 7 days and had 2 rooms. My mom's room had water dripping dripping from the ceiling. We told the front desk at least 4-5 times. Then someone finally came to take a look the day before we left. The only person who was helpful was our housekeeping person. He made sure we got everything we needed.

One of the worst service I have recieved.
Ac not working in 44 degrees heat,after complaining forn12 hrs I was told to get out if I'm not happy.
They changed the room but the room shower not working,they wouldn't clean rooms properly,toilet seat not ok,toilet door not locking.after complaining they still dint come to fix. Wifi is pathetic.
Pathetic.

Join management with taiba suites Madinah... Perfect combination for worst experience during pilgrim... Rejected three times in dining room, forced check-out before end, messy bookings with locals travel agents
